In particular, the recognition that many of our nurses, doctors, and essential workers at large are immigrants.

In response, Chelsea Clinton emphasized that as of January of 2020, 46% of MDs are immigrants and 55% of nurses are immigrants. 72% of nursing, psychiatric, and home health aids are immigrants too. We cannot forget that among our healthcare professionals taking care of 100% of the population, many are immigrants.
